…who’s faced doubt, rejection, and doors closing, and has come out on the other side stronger, wiser, and unstoppable. I am the woman who has rebuilt herself more than once, in more than one country, and discovered that true power comes not from approval, but from alignment, radical self-trust, and honoring your feminine energy.
My journey began on global stages dancing and choreographing alongside icons like Drake, Rihanna, Nick Jonas, Snoop Dogg, and Meghan Trainor. I trained and taught at the most prestigious studios in the world TMilly TV, Millennium, Movement Lifestyle and founded Sensual Heeling Inc., a heels training company that has empowered thousands of women worldwide to move with confidence, sensuality, and unapologetic self-expression.
But the stages, the credits, the accolades? They’re only part of the story.
Behind the glamour is a woman who has pivoted when doors closed, walked away from toxic spaces, rebuilt her life from scratch, and chosen expansion over ego, purpose over popularity, alignment over approval. I know what it’s like to navigate fear, doubt, and the feeling that life is “just out of reach.” And I know how to help women step into the version of themselves who can hold the life they crave without compromise, without shrinking, without losing their softness or their power.
Today, I am a six-figure entrepreneur and a female embodiment and intuitive life coach. I guide women to align with their purpose, reprogram their mindset, build systems that support their energy, and take bold, decisive action all while staying fully connected to their feminine power. This work is deep, transformational, and identity-level. We dissolve what no longer serves you and build the woman who can sustain abundance, love, clarity, and confidence.
My heart posture is simple: I lead with integrity, devotion, and radical belief in the women I serve.

No, I am not a licensed therapist, and this is not clinical therapy. However, this work is deeply therapeutic.
We don’t bypass your past. We explore it with honesty and compassion. Inside our container, we may move through inner child work, reflect on formative experiences, and uncover subconscious beliefs and trauma-informed patterns that have shaped your identity.
We gently identify what is no longer serving you and consciously rewrite it.
While therapy often centers on healing the past, my coaching integrates your past so you can embody your highest self now. We honour your history, regulate your nervous system, and build a life aligned with who you are becoming.
