Sensual Heeling isn’t just a dance workshop, it’s a transformational journey. Many women walk in carrying shyness, hesitation, and shame around their sensuality. Some carry wounds around sisterhood, feeling safe in female spaces, or insecurities about their bodies, about being seen, about taking up space, or even stepping fully into their own power. Imposter syndrome whispers, fear of mistakes looms, and the worry of looking awkward can hold you back.
This is where Sensual Heeling changes everything. In my 4-week Beginner & Intermediate heels workshops, you are guided with care, support, and encouragement to step into your body, your sensuality, and your confidence. I, Kaela, your sensual mentor, creates a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where women unapologetically explore and play with their sensuality. Here, every woman is seen, celebrated and supported, because embodying your Sensuality is brave and bravery is so sexy!
Through movement, heels technique, and choreography, I help you reconnect to your body and embody your sensuality with clarity, confidence, and ease.
My everyday woman, My corporate baddies, my mothers juggling a million things, this is your time to drip in sensuality, to reclaim your power, to feel sexy in your body, and to step fully into yourself. If you’ve ever wanted a space where you can be seen, celebrated, and fully expressed, this is it. This is your invitation to play, transform, and shine in a way that only Sensual Heeling can offer

I suggest purchasing a black stiletto peep toe bootie, 3-4 inches in height is a great height, and wrapping the laces around your ankles for extra ankle support. If you do not like your toes exposed, you can purchase thin black ankle socks and wear them with your peep toe heels, so your feet stay smooth, and your socks seamlessly blend in with your black stiletto bootiesYou do not want to purchase chunky heels, pointy toe heels, or platform heels, as you want your heel to feel light and fit your foot like a sock, for ease of transitions & smooth and buttery floorwork.

No. Sensual Heeling’s workshops were designed as a complete journey, to build a deep, intimate connection with you and your heels training. Each week, I invest in you personally, offering guidance, care, and feedback so you can feel more embodied, confident, and magnetic in your movement. By joining consecutively, you’ll see and feel the results you deserve, in your mind, body and presence.
Only registering for certain weeks will interrupt your consistency, growth, and the transformative connection you’ll form, not just with me, but with the other phenomenal women in the workshop. The community, support, and celebration we create together is invaluable. I want to see you every week, pour into you, celebrate your progress, and witness your sensual glow-up.
Sensual Heeling isn’t just a dance workshop, it’s a sisterhood, a family, a space where you belong, and this journey is meant to be experienced in full.

Yes! Behind-the-scenes footage is captured each week and shared in your group chat within 24 hours, so you can review your heels technique, practice choreography, and truly witness your progress. Seeing yourself on film is an empowering way to celebrate your growth, from Week 1 to Week 4 you’ll get to honour your transformation, your confidence, and your sensuality in a way that words alone can’t capture.
On Week 4, I bring in a professional videographer to capture the choreography you’ve learned—trios for Beginners, solos for Intermediates. I carefully select videographers who share the same values of safety, encouragement, and celebration, so you’ll feel completely supported while being filmed. The goal is to make you feel seen, radiant, and excited, celebrating the woman you are becoming, and the progress you’ve made.
Filming is designed to be fun, safe, and empowering, this is your chance to shine, take up space, and embody your sensuality fully.
If you’re not comfortable being filmed, that’s completely okay, simply email contact@sensualheeling.com, and if possible, remind me before class begins so I can ensure you feel safe, celebrated, and confident throughout your 4-week journey.
