Sensual Heeling is a safe, nurturing and inclusive dance environment where you will be encouraged to embody your sensuality & your sexuality with confidence, clarity and ease.
Sensuality is your birthright, it's playful, powerful and fully yours to indulge in, and explore with freedom, excitement, and intentionality.
It is not to be abandoned, ignored or suppressed. It’s fully yours to experience and immerse in with openness and joy
And as your sensual mentor, I will pour into you weekly, encouraging you to unleash your playful & sensual side through movement, connecting you deeper to your mind, body and soul.

✔️ You will be added to a Workshop Group Chat to stay connected with me & the other Sensuals throughout your 4Wk journey.
✔️This Group chat will hold you accountable to showing up and showing out each week, and to ensure you are feeling supported, and encouraged to be the best version of yourself.
✔️ If you miss a week, do not stress, each Week’s Choreography will be recorded with a slow breakdown and a breakdown with music so you can confidently learn the choreography & finesse it before the following week

Throughout these workshops I will encourage you to explore your quality of movement in a heel, while providing personalised feedback that will strengthen your technique, your lines, and your overall confidence in a heel.
Sensual Heeling Workshops are all about highlighting you, and aligning you with your truest self. These heels workshops will have you feeling "Healed" in your "Heels" mentally, physically and spiritually, through my consistent love and support. Despite the distance, whether you are physically in the studio with me or training with me online, you will feel my presence as I pour every inch of my passion, knowledge, and experience into these workshops to ensure you feel seen, heard, and are achieving your personal goals.
Sensual Heeling will be a journey of tapping into your mind, body and soul, and ensuring that you are staying balanced, and embodying everything that is serving you and releasing anything that is limiting you from being your authentic self. I truly believe that your journey begins within, and I will continuously guide you to tap into your inner beauty so that you can exude that outwardly through your quality of movement in a heel.

I suggest purchasing a black stiletto peep toe bootie, 3.7inches in height is a great height, and wrapping the laces around your ankles for extra ankle support. If you do not like your toes exposed, you can purchase thin black ankle socks and wear them with your peep toe heels, so your feet stay smooth, and your socks seamlessly blend in with your black stiletto booties
You do not want to purchase chunky heels, pointy toe heels, or platform heels, as you want your heel to feel light and fit your foot like a sock, for ease of transitions & smooth and buttery floorwork.
Here are a few Heels Suggestions for you to purchase:

If you have less than 3yrs of regular heels and dance training, you most definitely should register for Beginner Heels. If you have 3yrs-5yrs of regular heels and dance training I would recommend registering for Intermediate Heels and if you have 5yrs or more of regular heels and dance training I would register for Int/Adv Heels. You must understand that Heels is a fusion of various dance styles and genres, meaning you need to be well versed in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Dancehall, African etc… as Heels is a skill not a style of dance. If you ever wish to be assessed prior to registering please email: contact@sensualheeling.com with 3 video of you dancing in Heels, and I will properly assess you to ensure you register for the heels level that will best suit you.

Yes, your body always comes first. Therefore if you have sensitive knees, I would always recommend wearing or packing leggings in your dance bag, and additionally purchasing and bringing knee pads to every Heels Class or Workshop.

I always recommend being overly prepared, as there is nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable or unprepared for class.. Below is a list of Sensual Heeling essentials.
- Heels *Make sure the nail in your stiletto is not exposed, if it is please get it fixed*
- Heel caps *Specific studios require you to wear heel caps, so it's always smart to pack them just incase*
- Knee Pads
- Water + towel
- Charged phone to capture your progress
- Snack that will provide you with energy if you feel like your energy is dying during class, and a snack to provide you with energy after class (Banana, Granola Bar, Gatorade, Coconut water, Liquid IV, etc)
- Makeup Bag to do makeup touch ups
- Hair ties + bobby pins + brush + hairspray
- Outfit Options incase the choreography calls for specific feel, vibe or requires a lot of floor work
- Pants: Leggings, sweat pants, shorts, panties, fishnets
- Tops: Extra tops incase your top doesn’t feel secure or breaks
- All black outfit
- Change of clothes for after class *You don't want to get sick from your wet/sweaty clothes

No, Sensual Heeling’s Workshops were created to build an intimate relationship with you, and your heels training, allowing myself, and my Guest Teachers to invest in you consecutively week after week in order for you to see and feel the results that you more than deserve. Only registering for certain weeks will hinder your consistency, your growth, and your relationship with myself, the guest teachers, and your fellow Sensuals. The most beautiful part about Sensual Heeling is the community of Sensuals you share the space with week after week, Sensual Heeling is more than a dance community its family.

There are no refunds once you’ve registered for Sensual Heeling’s Classes or Workshops unless I personally have to cancel the Class or Workshop myself. If the Class or Workshop is canceled on my behalf, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation, and a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
There is however the option for someone else to attend the class or workshop on your behalf, but you are responsible for finding the individual and settling the reimbursement of the class/workshop yourself. Once you have solidified the individual, it is then your responsibility to email: contact@sensualheeling.com with the name and email address of the individual who will be taking your spot and I will confirm within 24hrs.

If you know that you will be missing any weeks of Sensual Heeling’s 4 or 6 Week Heels Workshops, please email: contact@sensualheeling.com and update me on the dates that you will be absent, as your attendance is important to me and Sensual Heeling’s Guest Teachers. The next step is to contact a fellow Sensual who is registered in the workshop with you, or message our group Chat asking someone to film on your behalf. Every workshop is filmed, and the footage is shared after every week’s session, but having a fellow Sensual looking out for you, and filming on your behalf is always helpful to ensure you have all the material to be best prepared for the following week.

Yes, the last 15-20min of every class and workshop is filmed to capture every Sensuals progress and celebrate every Sensuals growth.
What happens if I don’t feel comfortable being filmed? Is there an option not to be filmed?
Absolutely, if filming does not interest you, please make sure to email: contact@sensualheeling.com and I will make note of it, as well as inform any Guest Teachers on your behalf. I would also recommend reminding myself and or the Guest Teacher 5min before the class or workshop starts to ensure we create a safe and welcoming environment for you to thrive confidently in your heels.
