WHAT TO EXPECT: LA I am so excited to offer a NEW 10 Week IN-STUDIO & ONLINE Workshop Series to continue pouring into your heels training! Throughout these 10 weeks you will feel supported & encouraged to explore your quality of movement in a heel, all while being provided with personalized feedback that will strengthen your technique, your lines, and your overall confidence in a heel. I will be guiding you towards embodying exactly what you want to keep and encouraging you to release what is holding you back. Sensual Heeling is a welcoming and supportive heels experience that embodies everything that is YOU!
✔️This 10Wk Beginner In-Studio & ONLINE Heels Workshop has been created with so much love & care all the ensure you get that quality training that you more than deserve.
✔️ WEEK 1 & WEEK 2: Warm up, conditioning, heels drills & technique and across the floors
✔️ WEEK 3 & WEEK 4: Warm up, followed by across the floors, followed by learning NEW Sensual Choreography on Week 3 & professionally capturing you performing the choreography on film on Week 4.ONLINE you will be sent NEW choreography to learn & finesse on Week 4
✔️ WEEK 5 & WEEK 6: Warm up, followed by across the floors, followed by learning NEW Sensual Choreography on Week 5 & professionally capturing you performing the choreography on film on Week 6. ONLINE you will be sent NEW choreography to learn & finesse on Week 6
✔️ WEEK 7 & 8Warm up, followed by across the floors, followed by learning NEW Sensual Choreography on Week 7 & professionally capturing you performing the choreography on film on Week 8. ONLINE you will be sent NEW choreography to learn & finesse on Week 8
✔️ WEEK 9 & WEEK 10: Warm up, followed by across the floors, followed by learning NEW Sensual Choreography on Week 9 & professionally capturing you performing the choreography on film on Week 10. ONLINE you will be sent NEW choreography to learn & finesse on Week 10

✔️ You will be added to a Workshop Group Chat to stay connected with me & the other Sensuals throughout your 10Wk journey.
✔️This Group chat will hold you accountable to showing up and showing out each Sunday, and to ensure you are feeling supported, and encouraged to be the best version of yourself each week.
✔️ My In-Studio Sensuals, if you miss a week, do not stress, each Week’s Choreography will be recorded with a slow breakdown and a breakdown with music so you can confidently learn the choreography & finesse it before the following week
Not based in LA? No problem, Join the Sensual Heeling Community ONLINE each week via Zoom by registering under the ONLINE RATE. You will receive a recurring zoom link to participate from anywhere, at anytime, do not stress if you can’t join us LIVE as the recordings will be saved ♡
