This 4-week Beginner Heels workshop (No Dance Experience Needed) is about stepping into a room of grown, like-minded women who value connection over competition.

Each week builds intentionally, guiding you from gentle connection into fully embodied expression:

1hr Meet & Greet
2hrs Warm up + foundational Sensual Heels movement & sequences to feel sexy in your body
✔️WEEK 2
Warm up, followed by learning PART 1 of a Sensual Routine and professionally filming it on Week 4
✔️WEEK 3
Warm up, followed by learning PART 2 of a Sensual Routine choreography and professionally filming it on Week 4
🎥 WEEK 4: FILMING WEEK 🎥
Warm up, followed by reviewing Sensual Routine, followed by professionally capturing you on film performing the Sensual Routine
