WHAT TO EXPECT: LA Im so excited to bring Sensual Heeling’s Beginner Heels Classes to you! I’ll be pouring every inch of myself into you through a structured class that will develop your technique, your vocabulary and your choreo retention, all while encouraging you to lean into your individual movement quality, and enhance you as a performer.
The class will begin with a 15min Warm Up
Followed by 25min of Technique & Across the Floors
Followed by 1 hr of Choreography
Ending the workshop with 20 min of performing & small groups
My ultimate goal is for you to feel more in tune with yourself every time you slide your foot into your stilettos, and leave feeling proud and accomplished of your personal growth.
