WHAT TO EXPECT: LA I am so excited to spoil you with a 2hr Chair Heels Workshop. This Workshop is all about POURING into YOU… a night dedicated to giving yourself all the self love and self care that you more than deserve. I will encourage you to TAP into your femininity, your sensuality and your sexuality without shame, guilt or fear..
OUTFIT: Please come dressed in an outfit that makes YOU feel Sensual… whatever that looks & feels like for you!
This 2hr Chair Heels Workshop will begin with a 15 min Warm Up
Followed by 1.15hr of Sensual Choreography
Ending the workshop with 30min of groups & filming to celebrate YOU and your femininity
My ultimate goal is for you to feel supported and encouraged to EMBODY everything that is SENSUALLY YOU, and leave the workshop feeling more aligned with your mind, body and soul.
