WHAT TO EXPECT: Sensual Heeling’s 4Wk Beginner Jazz Funk Workshop will provide you with intimate one on one training with me, where I will pour into you weekly by developing your grooves, your lines, your dynamics, your musicality, and your confidence in embodying and executing the choreography in Week 4 with confidence and ease.

1hr Meet & Greet + Goal Setting
2hrs Warm up, Grooves, technique and across the floors
✔️WEEK 2
Warm up, followed by learning PART 1 of the Jazz Funk Routine and professionally filming it on Week 4
✔️WEEK 3
Warm up, followed by learning PART 2 of the Jazz Funk Routine and professionally filming it on Week 4
🎥 WEEK 4: FILMING WEEK🎥
Group Reflection, followed by warm up, followed by reviewing the Jazz Funk Routine, followed by professionally capturing you on film performing the Sensual Routine

✔️This Group chat will hold you accountable to showing up and showing out each Week to ensure you are feeling supported, and encouraged to be the best version of yourself
✔️ If you miss a week, do not stress, each Week’s Choreography will be recorded with a slow breakdown and a breakdown with music so you can confidently learn the choreography & finesse it before the following week
